In December 2025, we trial-purchased two double-head six-axis inclined rail tie rod ball joint processing machines to learn the original factory's processing technology: internal cooling with central water outlet, milling, drilling, and tapping completed in one go, ensuring 100% accuracy in product thread processing.

This specialized equipment for processing tie rod ball joints utilizes the most stable extrusion molding technology and alloy tungsten steel processing probes, completing all processes in a single clamping operation. This improves the coaxiality and concentricity of the product during processing to 100%; at the same time, the hardest processing probes, equipped with internal cooling and central water outlet technology, ensure 100% accuracy in thread dimensions. This makes our products truly "inspection-free."
